AYURVEDA TERAPIA IDROPINICA (CURA DELL’ACQUA CALDA)

AYURVEDA HOT WATER THERAPY

In Ayurvedic medicine, drink warm water it is one of the best ways to remove excess of ama (undigested). translated literally AMA “undigested”. This is waste, toxins and food debris that because of poor digestion are formed in the gastrointestinal tract or in the course of tissue metabolism. Ama is also generated in the psyche as a result of emotions “undigested”, not processed, of anxieties and unresolved conflicts. Each Ayurvedic treatment has as initial objective the elimination of ama. The easiest technique, cheaper and still effective consists in a hydroponic treatment with boiled water.

EFFECTS

A drinking cure of some days or weeks unleashes a series of positive effects on our body: it is satisfied the false sense of hunger between meals and the other, without having to present the effects of fasting; drink in small sips has a calming and stabilizing effect on the psyche, especially on the nervous and tense people; disappear intestinal disorders such as flatulence, bloating, feeling of fullness and constipation. The skin appears clear, fresh and well watered. To obtain these effects is not important to the amount of water that is drunk but the frequency with which it is assumed. It’s enough drink 2/3 sips (a coffee cup) every 30/60 minutes.

PREPARATION OF WATER

You have to bring to boil a liter of water and boil for 10 minutes, the ideal is 15 minutes, after which left to decant and cool slightly and then pour into a thermos, you can take it, as mentioned previously, during the day. Boiled water became sukshma (= penetrating), so water can purificate the subtle channels of the body through deeper penetration into the physiology.
